CAFCC Collective Bargaining Agreement Negotiations

Message from the Organizing Committee (Updated 06/08/2026)

Brothers and Sisters,

CAFCC Contract Negotiations Update

Thank you to everyone who has submitted contract feedback forms. We have received more than 30 submissions and are carefully reviewing each one to identify the issues and priorities that matter most to our members. Your input is helping shape the proposals we will bring to the bargaining table.

As we move closer to negotiations, I am asking every bargaining unit employee at CAFCC to help strengthen our union by encouraging non-members to join. The strength of our contract is directly tied to the strength of our membership. The more united we are, the stronger our voice becomes when negotiating wages, benefits, working conditions, and workplace protections.

Every new member makes our union stronger. When management sees a united workforce standing together behind its bargaining committee, it sends a clear message that employees are committed to securing a fair contract. When we stand together, we are stronger, and our ability to negotiate meaningful improvements grows.

Included on this page is a QR code that allows non-members to sign up and become part of SPFPA Local 825. If someone would prefer a paper membership card, please have them contact info@spfpalocal825.org, and we will make arrangements to get one to them.

If you know a coworker who is not yet a member, take a few minutes to talk with them about the importance of standing together. Strong contracts are built by strong unions, and strong unions are built by active members.

Together, we can make this our strongest contract yet.

In Solidarity,

C. Tomerlin on behalf of the Organizing Committee
